i would never see them fighting being as they were boys, and also, dan DID kow what he was doing, you can see him in some of the legitimate parts of 'the game of death'

well considering bruce lee died in his 30's, his martial arts training ended there, while inosanto is still alive and as a result has trained more and has surpassed bruce lee in terms of training and learning martial arts i think inosanto would win. that is if u somehow could bring bruce back alive and have them fight, which they wouldnt.

See the problem is, Guro Danny would just sort of shuffle up with a goofy smile on his face and give everybody present a hug and that would be the end of it.
That guy is just too darn nice for anyone to fight.

Bruce punched Dan on a couple occasions and Dan didn't do anything. Like when Dan came to Hong Kong and told Bruce he looked thin and Bruce punched him in the gut flooring him and said he was stronger than ever. I personally feel that Bruce was faster, more powerful and had refined his techniques more than Dan ever will, even if Dan learned every martial art there is.

dan is mainly a teacher, not a fighter,and he said as much many times.
Dan could beat Bruce if he went to the ground. Dan knows BJJ, and Bruce did not.Virtually any good wrestler or grappler over 160 could beat Bruce if he could get the takedown and not get killed first.

Lets see Dan left his training with Ed Parker to better learn from Bruce. He learned trained and sparred. With Bruce At that time. He was a person helping the JKD method in development. Dan at that time could not beat bruce in full contact spars. And After Bruces death. Sought out other methods of learning. In the scope Of JKD. not learning a style. But taking it apart and finding the workable tools. Concepts. Not wanting to teach Jun fan/ JKD . As This was respect. BUT the world was wanting. And Dan submitted to teaching it. along with other methods. Agin concepts. Its never about who can beat who. Thats not proved ever. Today you may defeat this person. tommorow he may defeat you . Every one wants to look at who can beat who. When they should look at what they can do. Thats all that matters. what a person can do what a person contributes to life. and others. That speaks mountions. Dan has helped many people. Bruce helped many that were coming along well after his death. Not just M/A but life. being a better person. M/A is far more then just fighting its also living. And most often the more you train. The more you become just a better person.
