Very.Thanks for the info,didn't think he was legit.By the way does JKD condition the body like some practitioners claim it does?A few practitioners I talked to mentioned JKD toning and strengthing the body as well as increasing flexibility while improving speed.Just wanted to know if they were feeding to the hype or if it would actually help me accomplish all of that.Help is greatly appreciated.

Maybe not the crazy conditioning that people seem to still talk about these days, but some JKD instructors will go over conditioning. What type of conditioning done is dependent on the instructor and his or her program. Otherwise, the conditiong, or if you want to relaly be conditioned, will be mainly from your own time.
