I also got the new Burt Richardson series last week.

The first focus mitt tape ran about 57 minutes (contrary to the ad in the mags). Burton shows basic feeding of strikes. Demonstrates how the feeder fires back to keep trainee honest. Demos the feeding the shoot (trainee sprawls). Then my favorite.... striking from the clinch! The basic sriking/defense didn't excite me terribly since I trin this already. I prefer my method of feeding in some ways.. but got a couple of ideas. But... WOW... loved the striking from the clinch material... this is going to work very nicely with the clinch material from the Erik Paulson tape (see review)! Can't wait to train this tomorrow nite!

The second focus mitt tape had more clinch striking.... striking from your knees... from the ground... striking and transitioning between positions.... and all-around focus mitt training. This moves from kicking to punching to clinch to ground.... Tape runs about 59 minutes.

Two very good tapes!
