wow. just visited the site. your instructor has some great credentials. judo since 9, black belt at the kodokan, gracie jujutsu, machado jujutsu, boxing, greco..olympic level marathon runner.. very cool, all of it. wish I had a guy like that nearby.

Mouth piece, cup, gloves, water bottle and gi, if you have one.

Kevin,

Attached/Unattached Hitting from the Clinch and Ground. Matt has developed lots of new stuff based on his continued training experience with the Machados, Randy Couture and Dan Henderson. As well as development of your game in both Clinch and Ground games. Some Standup may be covered as well.

The striking arts imply all fights start standing up. The clinching arts imply the clinch can stop the striker from striking, and the grappler from taking it to the ground. The weapon arts imply the they can stop the unarmed man. A complete martial art implies any fight can go anywhere...be ready and able to go everywhere.
