I recently picked up and reviewed some of Marco Lala's instructional videos. I am not going to go into too much detail right now, but I will say that the material is pretty good so far. I have mainly looked at the videos covering low line kicks. He has some good training methods on there and the techniques look pretty good. However, because he is a full contact karate stylists, the thigh kicks differ slightly from the Thai Boxing version. Most of the difference lies in the lack in follow through and leaning back. I think that is because punches to the face are not allowed in full contact karate competition.
The boxing tape is pretty basic if you are familiar with the art. There are some interesting training methods, but I felt that the material on the whole is geared more towards traditional stylists. I am going to start working the stretching routines from the strecting tapes. I will let ya'll know if I am doing the splits a few months from now.
