bruce lee spring leg dummy and shock asorbor dummy constuction

hey there sorry to be just throwing all these dummy construcitons ? to everyone but i was wondering if anybody knows how to construct the shock asorbor lop sau spring arm and head attached and spring leg that jeese glover made for bruce lee in oakland in his eary years its eeems like a interesting tool so if you know just let me know how to construct this.. or if you have any training equiptment you inventeed yourself spill out the info to me as well

He has a book out in bookstores now that explains how to build several pieces of equipment. However, I just checked and the website appears to be down. Keep trying and see if it comes back up.
