hey there sorry to be just throwing all these dummy construcitons ? to everyone but i was wondering if anybody knows how to construct the shock asorbor lop sau spring arm and head attached and spring leg that jeese glover made for bruce lee in oakland in his eary years its eeems like a interesting tool so if you know just let me know how to construct this.. or if you have any training equiptment you inventeed yourself spill out the info to me as well

Hey, if you are looking for some good ideas for training equipment you can make yourself, check out this website:
http://www.loop.com/~rockdown. This is Mike Young's homepage. He is a master when it comes to building homemade training equipment. He has a book out in bookstores now that explains how to build several pieces of equipment. However, I just checked and the website appears to be down. Keep trying and see if it comes back up.

If not, try to find a copy of his book, Martial Arts Home Training.

watch the prodical son with sammo hung an yuen biao it has the lapsal thing there or get the thing from the top of doors that shuts them attomaticly get that an attach it to an arm an so on,sorry a cant help more not good way computers so a cant send picks of our devices we hav in the club.

is there anyone who can help me,i would like to build the gripping machine that george lee built for bruce lee,ablue print or how to build or sum place i can go that will tell me hoe to do it.please sum jkd fan must know where its so helpful on building ure forearms
