I've attended two of his seminars and have a lot of respect for the man. He was a first generation student of Sigung Lee's, and is a wealth of information of what JKD was all about back in the day. For Jun Fan, he's great.

I don't agree with everything he has to say, especially on the subject of grappling/anti-grappling, but you can learn a lot from this guy.

Ted was one of the last folks to train w/Bruce Lee prior to Lee's departure to Hong Kong to make movies. If you're interested in "original" JKD, he's probably one of the greatest living sources right now.

I had a chance to train in one of his seminars some years back. At the time he was probably in his late fifties or early sixties, and he still has a lot of power in his punch, and he moves like a guy in his twenties.
