I just wanted to let folks know that Sifu Larry Hartsell will be in town having a Grappling Seminar.

Larry Hartsell is one of the original students of Bruce Lee and the highest ranking under Guro Dan Inosanto.

He has gone hi own way and developed groundfighting and grappling the JKD way from the very best...the Machados...Judo Gene Lebell...Gracies..Eric Paulson and has been grappling since most of us were even born.

All are welcome to join and groundfighting training will be $50 for two days worth of grappling...clinch...takedowns..and making your MMA street ready.

If you want to hang out for weapons and stand up training then the cost is $50 for each full day.

Hey guys I just wanted to jump in here and let all the BJJ guys know that just because Sifu Larry is known as a JKD man...does not mean that his grappling will not work for you as well. I only point this out because so many people get hung up on the BJJ name and never look outside there respective art/system. Sifu Larry has been doing martial arts for 50 years (he is 63 now) and believe me he is still someone you do not want to mess with. He also has some of the best stick and knife work you will ever find. His grappling is a mixture of judo, bjj, shoot, catch, dumog and sambo...very very effective. So if you are a ground fighter or if you are a MMA fighter and want to improve your game then you owe it to yourself to check this guy out. NO...I have no financial interest if you show up or not...I just know how good he is and how much better of a fighter I am from training with him.

Train Hard, Train Smart and be open to all styles.
