![]() | From chi sao "rolling" to hubud (L hand in fook sao position and R hand in tan sao position) - L hand guides/passes partners hand over so R tan sao hand can thread under and maintain partner's right arm. Then L hand paks partners arm so R hand can strike which starts hubud. From Hubud to lop sao cycle (when partner returns the punch (R) during hubud) - Own L hand paks incoming punch, R hand passes/tan sao motion and then uses a lop sao motion on partners R arm [Instead of using another L the pak again to free your R hand to return a punch to continue the hubud drill]. After the lop sao on partners R arm, you punch with L hand. Partner will counter with a bon sao motion which leads into lop sao cycle.
