Hello Everyone,
I'm a noobie here at the forum and JKD, i want to condition my body first before further exploration into JKD. Since i have to work 8 hrs a day, i was wondering if there are any ab excercise that i can do at work while seating in front of computer.. haha. any advices?? Thanks!

Replacing your office chair with one of those big plyo-balls is a good idea. You'll end up using your core a lot more to keep yourself stable and upright, and after an 8 hour day, it's a lot like doing a few extra sets of ab work.

Isometrically, you can also just flex, hold, and release your abs on a 1 - 5 - 1 count rhythm. Flex, hold for five, then release. Don't do it after meals or you'll fart so loud the whole office will hate you.
