The only place I have seen this lock flow is on a Japanese documentary. One segment in the documentary highlighted the Inosanto Academy. A portion of that segment featured Yuri Nakamura... it showed Yuri doing this flow in a boxing ring at the Inosanto Academy. Nice piece! Although.. I've never seen this video for sale in the states.

It's possible that lock flow #1 appears elsewhere.... but I've never seen it. Although... I believe at the end of one of Erik Paulson's tapes, it shows Erik & partner doing a nice Shooto flow demo at some big martial event. When I get a chance, I'll check it out again.
