Jeet Kune Do/Kali Summer Workshop

Hello,

This is to let you know that my fellow JKD/Kali instructor, Jeff Scharlin, and I will be co-teaching a special two-day Jeet Kune Do & Filipino Kali-Escrima workshop on Saturday and Sunday, July 26 & 27, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day.
The workshop will cover the following areas:

Advanced Footwork (offensive and defensive)

Simple and Compound Trapping

Basic and Advanced Counterattacking Skills

Kali Empty Hand Destructions/Defanging the Snake

The workshop will be open to current students, former students, and outside students. Beginners, Advanced Students, and Instructors are all welcome to attend.

The cost for the two-day workshop will be $150 (cash only or check made out to "David Cheng"). If you wish to attend one day only, the cost is $85. It will be held at the Nakaoka Community Center, 1670 West 162nd Street, Gardena (auditorium).
