Hey again,
How does one determine how to absorb what is useful.
1.) can you consistantly execute it correctly and successfully?
2.) Does it occur in frequent situations (not for an overy specialized senario ie: knocking people off horses and the like)?
3.) Is it efficient-simple and direct?
That is my take on it anyway.
