This is not an easy question to answer as the two arts you mentioned are totally different. Arnis is going to be more weapons based but it does have empty hand and is VERY effective. It is totally combat oriented. JKD of course is based on empty hands and is also combat or street oriented. You have to figure out what you are looking for in a fighting system before you can answer this question. My suggestion is that you try both classes and see what you think.

That may help you decide what exactly you are looking for. Besides nothing says you can't train in both.
