The Ultimate in Martial Arts

Ok, here's my issue. I really want to train in JKD but have time restrictions that don't allow me to train in the evening (I have two little boys that I'd rather spend time with). I'm in the Galleria area and would love to train at lunch rather than sitting around eating junk...does anyone know of classes in the area that fit the bill? It'd be an easy choice if I could train in the evenings...I'd just go to Mousel's but, for the time being, that's not an option for me. If there are no JKD classes does anyone know of any good instructors/schools in the Galleria area?
I've looked around a bit and haven't seen much...this would be a GREAT place for morning/lunch lessons! There are so many people in the area and I've talked to more than I can count who'd love to train.

I'm still looking for people...have one definite yes and a couple of maybe's. Some of the people who were all for training at lunch wimped out.

I would be a maybe for Friday but a sure thing if there was a weekend class.

Tim would this be a conceptual JKD class or traditional Jun Fan? What style is the Tuesday Thursday class?

One class per week is $55/month. The Friday class would be small so I'd teach whatever the requests were for. I teach Jun Fan in the Tues/Thurs class every once in a while.
