here's a clip from a video series that caught my eye at Straightblastgym.. I've heard good things about SBG's videos, but then I read a review of the Egan Inoue tape series in Bill Lewis's reviews, and started to wonder if ALL the tapes from SBG are of the same quality.. Here's the clip..
