There's a review over on mixedmartialarts.com JKD board, on the Best Defense series, and I have the quick kills tape, really good, it's basic combos and finishes

ie
jab cross shoot the single leg punch punch leg lock, he shows the combo from differnt angles and what variats you can add and what the underlying concept is to make your own.
