Hey how many days/ hour per week do you train and what do you train( ie art / attributes)

I go to JKD class 3 times a week (one hour class) and arnis once a week (or try to, my summer schedule has been hectic, in a good way).
For the first few years of training, I went about 5 times a week, but I got burnt out after awhile.
