After spending six months in Singapore without doing anything much more than solo training (shadow boxing, weights, running etc.), I am itching for some training. A friend of mine is trying to persuade me to move to Seoul, Korea and I'm wondering if anyone knows of any JKD/FMA/BJJ clubs over there. These particular arts are not present in Singapore (as far as I know). Any leads? -Tony

Drug deals
Yeah, it certainly feels that way sometimes. In Singapore the local MA supply store clerks seem to get very nervous when I ask "Do you have a list of local schools?" Maybe it's some kind of code word. Drug dealing carries a manatory death sentence here.
If all else fails I guess I can move to Thailand and either smuggle drugs or do Muay Thai for real. Man, I gotta run. I think the cops saw me type that last bit. --Tony

I won't be in Korea until next June or July, and I'll probably be living in the Shinchon area of Seoul. I don't know where the air bases are, so I have no idea if your student is close to that or not. Thanks for the info! -Tony
