![]() | I've studied an art similar to Shoalin Chin Na out of a book(Taiji Chin Na) by Yang Jwing Ming. What is the title of your book? In my book unfortunately the moves are more defensive, I hope to get the book's twin Shoalin Chin Na. Chin Na, I find, is very useful when intercepting an opponent's attack, and relatively easy to use. Memorization and training with someone else without inflicting injury is the only hard part. |
