Question exercises

Hi,
There are a couple of exercises I do not know how to perform or rather I do not know what they are. Can anyone clear me up on theses?

-Leaning twists

-Sit-up twists

-Flags

-waist twists

I was also wondering if there is a way to execute theses abdominal exercises without having to go to the gym or having to buy any equipment.

Default I got the answers to your exercise questions

I was searching for Bruce Lee exercises and found the same ones, but not the flags, and I got a description of each that might be helpful to you and also websites you can go to, to see a person actually doing the exercise except the leaning twists, which I am currently looking for and the flags, which I am not currently looking for.

Waist Twists - (http://www.mydailyyoga.com/yoga/waist_twist.html) Go to that website and it shows a lady doing them and also a long description and you might want to turn enough so that you feel pain and work those abs.

Sit-Up Twists - Normal Sit-Up except you twist to the right and left. Put your hands on your head with your elbows sticking out from the sides. Then make your right elbow touch your left knee and your left elbow touch your right knee. (I kind of made it harder on myself so I can feel more pain, but I think that is right, I got it from this website http://www.abmat.co.uk/ex_situptwist.htm except make your hands behind your head so it is harder and you get more of a workout and keeps your hands out and straight)

If anybody has any info about Leaning Twists though, please e-mail me. Thanks a lot.
