Need some advice

Hi all,

I am looking for a martial arts school for myself, my wife and my 8 and 10 year old boys. Would you say that JKD is a good option or not?

Welcome to the forum!

A good resource to get background information on styles is www.martialresource.com It gives a brief synopsis about each identified school of training in martial arts.

What you have to decide is what you want to accomplish with your martial training (I'm assuming you don't have any, please correct me if I'm wrong).

If you've got a family of four interested in training you better have some funds available. Most schools want to charge you an arm and a leg...

I think JKD is a great option, because it will give you guys some stand up and ground work.

JKD is for wussburgers.

Especially if you take lessons from that Chris Kent character!

Now you KNOW I'm just playin'. That guy lives too close to me for me to be mouthing off.
