![]() | yes I think AMC was talking about the black & white audition where Bruce was getting interviewed. It should have been titled 'The Lost Reel' because they did this whole build up of all the footage that was shot for the Game of Death that was missing and then eventually found 6 years later. Did, anyone catch the year? I think the interview was pre-jkd becuase Bruce was being asked to compare Kung Fu against Judo & Karate. Especially, the punch which I know he describes in later interviews as the JKD punch being the superior MA punch. I don't remember hearing any mention about JKD in the interview. It seemed to be all "what's kung fu? why is it different?" etc. |

As Lee expounds on his personal philosophy regarding the martial arts and celebrity, his forceful presence, charisma and love of the spotlight will hit you as hard as any roundhouse kick. You'll also get rare insight into how Lee felt about being an Asian star in the West, and the criticism he received in China about being too Westernized. Plus, Lee speaks of the celebrities who studied martial arts under him, from Steve McQueen to James Garner, James Coburn and Roman Polanski." |

| Registered User | I finally got a reply to my e-mail today: "Thank you for contacting AMC. We apologize for canceling the broadcast of The Lost Interview at such a late date. Due to some last minute licensing issues we were not able to broadcast the program as we had planned. We're sorry for the inconvenience. We are seeking to resolve this matter and we hope to air The Lost Interview soon. You can check to see when it will air by periodically consulting our AMC GUIDE located at www.amctv.com. Simply enter the title into the SEARCH box and click GO. If it is on the schedule within the next 30 days, it will appear with the airing date and time. Again, thank you for contacting us. We hope you will continue to enjoy AMC." |
