I offer complete Wing Chun videos curriculum under Sifu Randy Williams and Sifu Victor Guitterez (Wing Tsun, under Leung Ling). Randy provides information starting from Chum Kil, Biu Jee, WC dummy forms, Chi Sao, Combat Application of Chi Sao, Free form Chi Sao, etc (the most complete series I have ever seen).
As for Sifu Victor, he provides Combat Chi Sao, Street Shock (Application of using Wing Chun in street fighting, all are real fights outdoors and indoors!), Lat Sao techniques, Wing Tsun combat techniques, Wing Tsun Anti Grappling, etc. You'll love his series because all techniques are shown in real sparring. If the footage of Ling Teung taking out four guys is any indication of street WC, I'm not buying it... Check out Leung ting takes on 4...

The videos show Leung Ting student, whose also instructor, named Victor Guitterez. It's not Leunt Ting taking 4-5 guys. It showed Victor fought mugger from inside his car to outside. Streetfights when being mug. Fight in the small hallway of apartment, etc
