Hi all,
JKD is more "concepts" and "principles" than techniques. Actually the best possible JKD should study the arts and simplify. In Italy, for example, a Vunak's pupil, Mike Faraone, teaches his own "progressive fighting system" in which he incorporated JKD and Kali: few basic movements, with or without weapons (it's a pity that this guy ended up in joining a sort of free-masonery mixing self-defense with academic business ).Who in your opinion is teaching JKD in a simple yet effective way? I know that Inosanto teaches hundreds of techniques, thus widening and complicating everything... BJ |

IMHO, Ted wong. He hasn't added anything to what bruce taught him ..maybe some variations from his own experiences. But from what i know. .he veers away from any type of complication. I know that the wNG guys preach hone a few tools, and be like physical specimen.
