Quick start is pretty cool idea. Burton How did you come up with the original idea (without divulging secrets that is)? We started doing the kickboxing series today, we had a blast.

Hey Fred,
I'm glad you like it. It has been a long progression of research, testing, and developing. The key was to break the stages in to those three components so that we have the quick start, the complete fighter's curriculum and the series. Let me know your progress as you go through it. The Quick Start is the first stage of our nesHigh Performance Mixed Martial Arts curriculum based primarily on training methods that will take a beginning student and raise their fighting skills very quickly. It has been working extremely well, with students getting very good very very quickly.
