Yea, Not much to say when everyone is training. But its a great place to ask Burton questions. On that note, Burton, is this ONLY for JKDU members or can anyone post here? Not speaking about you Sifu J, or anyone in particular, just a question.

Hey Fred,
Supposed to be for JKDU only, but sometimes others can get on. No problem. I hope your training is going well. I have been training very hard, and have a few excellent new insights for our group. You'll see a few of these on the May video. Aloha!

Great I am looking forward to the video. I also have bumbed up my training. I can't run because of a bad knee So I have added jump rope, 4X a week for 30 minutes a pop, to my regular workout I told you about. So far I have had no problems with my knee which is good thing. See you this summer.

I'm glad to hear that you can skip rope with your knee. That will make a huge difference. I'm looking forward to seeing you this summer. Do you know of anyplace in Las Vegas that I can possibly rent out to do a seminar? I'm thinking about setting one up there. Maybe a camp with a few instructors. Aloha!

Yes I do, one of my friens that owns a school rents it out. I will send you and email with his name, number and address. I will also talk to him and give him a heads up.
