Thanks for asking. It isn't 100%, but I don't have to wear a brace anymore! It doesn't have quite the flexibility that it did before the miniscal tear, but I am working on that everyday. Before the operation I couldn't sit on my knees and relax without the miniscus shifting and locking my knee. I couldn't get in certain grappling positions without the brace (which limited the mobility of the knee), or I would get the locking sensation which was not pleasant. Much better, and nice for me and my partners not to have to deal with that brace.

I can personally attest to the fact that it is much nicer to get triangle-choked by Burton when he is not wearing that space-age knee-brace.
