Morne' passes Instructor test.

Just a note to tell everyone that Morne' Swanepoel, who has been an Apprentice Instructor in South Africa, has passed the Instructor's test. He sparred hard in all the ranges, and showed considerable improvement over his last test, due to his consistent training schedule. Great job Morne'!
