Hey Burt!

Have you ever heard of Richard Dimitri of Senshido fame? Matt Thornton and some other guys also hang out at his forum as there is some very good RBSD info to be found there as well as some stimulating, no BS discussion.

Hi HITJKD, I too read the Senshido forum it's bar none one of the best no bs forums for reality self-defence. Richard Dimitri is also one of the best I have seen to date (along with the names you mentioned as well). Do you own any of the Senshido tapes?

I'd be curious to hear Burton's opinions as well as I highly respect Him.

Hi Rashid,

Yes, I do own some of Richard's tapes and yes, the Senshido forum is one of the best on the net. I think Richard is bang-on on a lot of RBSD issues and I would like to bring attention to him and Senshido within the JKD community as I think he has a lot to offer. I've spoken with him on the phone and he seems like a hell of a nice guy as well (has his ego under control!).
I hope Burton checks him and Tony Cecchine out as these are two guys who could add to the JKDU curriculum making it even stronger.

I totally agree with you. I also spoke with Richard on the phone and he came across like a real sincere and nice guy, no ego at all like you say. He's dead on and I consider him to be one of the best in the field. Sean Madigan of Combative Solutions also had great things to say about Richard. He would really be an asset to the JKD community if they listened to what he had to say.
