========= Just wondering what "Kempos" or "Kempo Techniques" are (such as 7 Striker, Flying Dragon, Double Striker, etc.) ? Are they specific self defense techniques, more of a philosophy on "how" to address certain attacks, or something different. If they are self defense techniques, are they all based off a right straight punch, or are they intermixed with other attacks (roundhouse punch, kicks, grabs, bear hugs, etc.)? Just curious.
