========= Hello, I was just wondering how many of you take Yoga along with your kempo/kenpo training? In Kosho Ryu Kempo Under Hanshi Juchnik it is a part of training and a way to help you over all in the Martial arts. I have been doing it for a short time now and I find myself more relaxed and getting better flexabilty. anyone else here in kempo/kenpo do this???
