Taekwondo/karate uniform

Hey i was wondering because i want to start taekwondo does that mean i have to buy a new uniform even though i have a karate one could i use that if it didnt have an emblem on it? And are taekwondo pants the same as karate pants?

I believe that Karate pants are the same as TKD pants so you can use those. As for the uniform, u might have to buy a new 'shirt' since it doesn't have the school emblem. Go ask the instructor to be sure.

If it is white you probably could use it because most Tae Kwon Do classes require white uniforms. Many schools want an emblem of some sort so you might have to put one on the shirt or buy a new shirt.
