Gangsters in the WTF?

Recently I was reading the articles in the TaeKwonDo times magazine. As I was flipping through the pages I came across and article regarding gangsters running the WTF. The article mentioned how testing fees were going to support organized crime. It was also said that the 2 major organizations supporting this was the USTU (united states) and the KTA (korea).

-did I leave anything out?
-opinions?

What the Gangsters strategy then? Teach everyone TKD, so that the gangsters can then easily bully them without fear of getting hurt?

instead of teaching everyone TKD, how about if you teach the Gangsters TKD, then teach KungFu to everyone so that they will not easily bully?

Tae Kwon Do = Take My Do.

Gangsters in the WTF? The next Sporranos will be shot on location at the WTF in Korea.

The events in the WTF has continue to support the already tarnish image of TKD. The above comments are just examples of what I have heard since these events.

[color=Red]We wonder why serious non Tae Kwon Do martial artist have little respect for TKD – well we earn it![/COLOR]

I hope that in time TKD will clean up its act and image, but time will tell.
