I did not understand your post a bit. If you are trying to learn to do the splits you practice the splits. If you want a good round kick you practice the round kick. If you want to jump high you practice jumping. If you want to run fast you practice running. If you want to be a good fighter you practice fighting.

You're supposed to give these influential teens a magical drill, that has little to do with the goal at hand that will help them avoid hard work.

"Wanna throw a hard kick....ok, never practice a single kick or learn from a qualified instructor, but be sure to do heavy squats with low reps, followed by jumping jacks, then do a hanging stretch....again, don't ever practice your kick"

Ok, going back to the main subject...

Why not have someone hold your leg up while you stand on beside the wall and raise it higher everyday? I don't really like splits, though, because to tell you the truth, streching is good, but too much streching can also hurt you.

Just my opinion.

When I was still in Junior High, it ain't matter. I just wanna kick high and made the chics looked at me in awe. And sh*t, they gave me a red belt for it

Okay, going back into reality ...
The best way to do split is to spilt. Use something that has small resistance so that you can add the spread a bit by bit.

If you want to kick good, practice your kicks. If you want to develop more power to your kicks, do some weight training for your lower body. However, don't do heavy stuffs. Focus on a lighter weight with very high reps and also on the negative resistance. Do NOT forget to stretch again after doing weight. Best wishes.

I was like totally And there was no way side kick is the same as split except in half and bvermillion box split because if you do it a lot and then I'm all like Yeah! and it's how influential teens split, OK?
