![]() | Fist may I ask what type of TKD do you do?????? To say you do TKD is like saying you do Karate????? So many styles with some different emphasis – could make a difference in selecting a complementary art. WFT = Western boxing, Wing Chun then add Judo or BJJ. Or Hapkido. ITF = Judo or BJJ Or Hapkido. ATA = anything Or Hapkido. Hapkido is the logical compliment to any striking base TKD. Hapkido has a general TKD base with its excellent addition of the material that you are looking for.
