red tiger was formed in 1983 by a man named mario cancelire whoms dreams was to futher the education of tkd.mario to me was very good at taekwondo at taekwondo and his son marcello was just plain awesome at it.they were nice and pretty cool people and they were the ones my instructer learned from and whom i trained with from time to time since i was part of there organiztion.I joined tkd in 96 under red tiger but with a different instructer.i progreesed through my rank correctly and was treated just like everyone else.now fast forward to 2003 where there goal changed from tkd excellence to u guessed it money.my instructers begin to realized this and he was about
to leave and start the organization now know as uta but was kicked out because (www.utataekwondo.com) red tiger wanted to raise the prices for the stuff at my instructers dojang and raise all the prices 4 my instructer and his 3 fellow friends whom happened to be instructer also so they all left and started a new organiztation.now red tiger is also kinda shady because the made my instructer wait for testing and they also have a 5th degree who has been in red tiger for 11 years i have been in it for 9 and i am a 2nd degree.funny u thinkand my instruters a 4th and he has been in tkd 4 19 years funny eh.fast foward to 2004 where the uta i s doing well and 2 black belts who are 11 and 12 have been doing tkd for 4 yrs fresh black belts actually about 3 months in so soon they decide to leave and when they leave they go to red tiger as soon as they get there and are 2 months in kaboom they test 4 there 2nd degree and should be testing 4 there 3rd in 2 more years.
