Default Stretching in TKD

TKD has some of the best visual kicking and airial attakcs that I have seen. I know stretching is a big part of it. While doing Judo I have done lots stretching and attempted to get extermly flexable. I'm still a big guy and I am very flexable for my size, but I still want more flexablity. Does anyone have any suggestions or website I could visit for ideas or different training methods?

This stretching tool was constantly used by Bill Wallace. I hope this will help you out.

Just like those techniques you're discussing, stretching is only as big a part of TKD as you make it. For example, most of my kicks are just at the belt and below, because that's all i believe to be practicle and thus all I use. As a result, i spend less time stretching than most TKS practitioners do.

In our competitions you can't kick below the belt.
