Where can I practice hardcore sparring?

Where can i practice hard sparring? The Kyokushin dojos I've called won't let me in their tournmanets because I don't go to their school...

What would I have to do, as a TKD person, to practice some sparring without all that gear and less rules?

1. If you're 11, you won't find alot of 10-12 yr olds who spar FC. Secondly chances are you are going to get hurt. The organiser could get into some trouble if you do it without some form of parental consent.
If you spar at too young an age it could very well give you a bad image of the art you are practising. It could be that the art sucks, but chances are you haven't trained enough or trained in the proper method.
