Default TKD Masters that competed in Open tournies

Are there any notable Taekwondo masters that have fought in all-styles Open tournaments and have been successful?

I know Jhoon Rhee and Hee Il Cho have. Any others? I want to know of some more great TKD men, just as Mas Oyama won against other stylists and Nakamura won against other stylists.

What is a "TKD Master"? Someone with a Big number beside the Dan? Or someone that trains hard?

Person Snotty remark.....tournements and how a style does against another style is not what makes or breaks the art.
