Hey, I've recently started Haidong Kumdo, and I seem to be having trouble with my short fighting stance, I can hold crane and Tiger easily, but SFS seems to give me some trouble, my instructor says just train, but can anyone tell me a good way to train with Short Fighting Stance? I have to hold it for something like 5 minutes during testing.
