Default Board Breaking Demo

My TKD school had it's annual end of year banquet tonight, and my instructor did this board breaking demo for all the parents. Really good show, but he made me eat the floor! i was holding for this flying side kick( he was jumping for a couple guys) and i happened to be holding the right side of the board, and oh man, he just rocked through the boards and right into my side. Long story short i stepped backwards to balance myself and there was a broken board from before under my foot. i hit a table behind me about 4 feet away. my quads are sore now... dunno from what? haha.... good night everyone i am off to bed.
