I am currently studying ITF TKD, i was just curious, i have been taught to punch with the first 2 knuckles with the fist facing horizontally just a normal punch.... after reading black belt magazine, apparently bruce lee's testimonial of JKD teaches to punch with the last three and the fist facing vertically. I have tried the last three and i also find it effective so was wondering which technique do you guys think is the most effective i find them both useful to break boards but you know the saying
"boards dont hit back " - bloodsport hehe
