Default Hapkido Video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H2rWS0SKjy4

Hapkido means the art of coordinated power. This video demonstrates alot of the things that could work for the style under dynamic, full-contact fighting.

Hapkidoists can kick as well as taekwondo stylists; plus they love a good sweep, takedown and stomp to the head. They've got good escapes from basic grappling attempts.

What it lacks: heavy hittin' hands, clinch control and ground work (at least traditionally speaking).
