Apples to oranges....apples to oranges. Both are particular to the climate, culture and animals raised or caught.

Personally, I like grilled Korean meats...still trying to figure out an authentic marinade. With Thai food comes the curries...almost have them down.

Can't forget Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Malay etc. Sure they all eat rice and noodles, but they're as different as chin na, judo or silat
