Default i'm a noob to korean martial arts...HELP!

hello...i'm a noob to the korean martial arts, and i am just wondering how to physicaly condition myself for this particular style of martial arts. i would enroll in a school, but my funds are VERY low at the moment, which brings me to the reason i'm posting in this forum. so, if AT ALL possible, could someone please post a physical conditioning routine that is used for korean martial arts? it doesn't have to be a long one (although i wouldn't mind...) i just need something to help me get in top physical condition for korean martial arts.

thanks in advance guys!
