    Smile TKD Tenets

Alright, my first poll...out of the TKD tenets, which do you value the most?

    I value self control.

This may be a hard poll.

I think you're supposed to "value" them all equally really.

Yep, but say you could only choose one???

Like a "what if all the tenets fell of the side of the earth but you could save one, which one would it be thing?"

Integrity, I guess it covers the most ground.

It's a toughy, ideally you should value all equally (plus the ITA has a couple more...)

Well in this looks of TKD i live on old codex rather then on modern, thats just simpy becouse modern codex is to explot ppl, one of those is loyalty to your school for instance. I do have honor to some point, but not loyalty...

    HwaRang Do code of honor:

    Serve your lord with loyalty
Serve your parents with filial piety
    Trust your friends
    Never retreat from a battle
    When taking life, be selective

This is what im living whit, i try to do this, even tho, the modern commandments are more aproching (from my point of view) by society and have been forced by society, and i never folow society, i folow my self.

This is the list of modern comm. i do aprov some of those, but not all, so i do not live by them, even tho most of them are already ironic to respect and loyal to be.

    Commandments of modern Taekwondo:
    Loyalty to your country
    Respect your parents
    Faithfulness to your spouse
    Respect your brothers and sisters
    Loyalty to your friends
    Respect your elders
    Respect your teacher
    Never take life unjustly
    Indomitable spirit
    Loyalty to your school
    Finish what you begin

Maybe some of u will think that im not right, but how i lived threw my life and saw threw my eyes, nobody can say im wrong

well i was exaggerateing, your right, you cant never be whitout "folowing society" becouse we just simply live in this kind of world, but i meant mostl if all say that is good (for example some clothes and stuff) i dont realy give a damn until i like it ill wear it,.. now many of my friends smoke weed, i have done that alot before them, and they say like man why dont u smoke weed its fun, it isnt so fun when ur acting like the bigest baby in the world... i mean do you need to smoke to have some laugh?? do you need to smoke (weed) to be "cool".... Poor guys.... I smoked from other reasons.... And that reason happedn 3 years ago, you can see it in my signature...
