Default Need some pointers

Well, my training schedule has changed. I moved an I no longer live 7 miles from the Dojang, but more like 30 and I can't go as I used to.

My must-have days are Monday, Friday and Saturday (sucks, because the instructor on Friday gives you a run for your money....200+ crunches in two days are very painful!)

I need some ideas on what to do during the rest of the week. I have a fully equipped gym at my disposal, pool, sauna, weights, machines...open floor...(plus I need to get muscled up a bit - got kicked into the short ribs again...absolutely no fun! I feel like that Bandit in the movie "El Diablo" he got shot in the exact same spot twice with arrows!

Reminds me...need to put epsom salt on my shopping list....

I dont't see a problem, I see an opportunity to actually "round out" your program.

Get yourself a training partner who's also able to get to your gym easily and conveniently.

Make it clear to him/her that you need someone to train with so that they can push you harder than you would push yourself, that you're not there to socialize and chit-chat but you do need "friendly accountability".

Set some performance goals for yourselves.

Then hit that beautiful gym on your non-dojang days.

I'll bet you'll see improvements in your performance in the dojang in short time!
