check out this korean art. it looks like a mix of tkd, judo, and jiu jitsu. its not bad. they practice on hardwood floor though, so thats pretty tough. getting thrown repeatedly on a hardwood floor isnt easy.

You work up to breakfalls on hardwood floor.

As a white belt, you start from sitting position.

Yellow, you do it by squatting into it.

Mid level, its done from standing and eventually from leaping on carpet (no matts)

Advanced level, you get thrown and it becomes second nature; you can do it on harder surfaces too.

LOL...the only time I take acetomenaphen is for fever reduction. For aches and pains, I just bear with it until it heals.

PS - my best friend would be a woman with good massage tecnhique

Spoken like a true guy!

Advil is Naproxene Sodium, You are thinking Tylenol...

In any case, I had an ear infection once, massive ear ache. The Doc gave me some Iboprofene (600mg!) for the pain. On the return visit I proudly told him I didn't need it anymore when he informed me that it was an anti infalmatory it would aide the healing...

Soooo, while I can do pain, I don't deny my body the help to heal...

Gong Kwan Yu Sool means "empty handed gentle art"

Looking at the characters, its the same as kongshou roushu in mandarin or Karate Jujitsu in japanese.
