well, except for maybe a little harder contact and 2 on 1 sparring...pretty much what we do - I see nothing extreme in that video, no matter what they say!

Yeah, that tornado kick is pretty sweet =P But yeah, the video, it does not simulate what real training is like, it's actually a little lame.
